Join us for a Journey to Mount Olympus, a gathering of Gods and Goddesses to celebrate our community’s heroic achievements. This year’s theme builds on the grandeur and beauty of ancient Greece. Share a drink with Dionysus and make sweet music with Apollo, or dance the night away on the Isle of Lesbos, with the goddess of love Aphrodite herself. Whatever you do, be wary of the almighty Zeus and the vengeful wrath of Hera. Ancient Greece was a time of honour and valour. As our community moves into a new era of acceptance in society, we cannot forget the struggles and bravery of those who have come before us.This year Pride Toronto will present the following awards:

In the coming days we will be announcing a surprise celebrity host for the gala and a list of the award winners. Be the first to get your tickets before they sell out! The 4th Annual Pride Toronto Gala & Awards take place on Tuesday, June 24th, 2008 at 6:00 pm in the Fermenting Cellar of the historic Distillery District, at 55 Mill Street Toronto. Black Tie is acceptable but Grecian costumes are encouraged. Tickets are $300 per person, $3,000 per table of 10. Please contact gala@pridetoronto.com for ticket sales and more information.
